Repair policy
Diagnostics are $49 for computers and gaming consoles and free for phones and tablets.
The technician assesses the reported issue and confirms the recommended repair before work proceeds. If the scope changes after the device is opened or tested, we will contact you before continuing.
Limited lifetime performance warranty
Completed repair work includes a limited lifetime performance warranty covering the performance of the repair performed.
Water damage and physical damage are not covered under the warranty. Contact us for more information about coverage for your repair.

Start with these safe, low-risk checks. Stop if a device is swollen, unusually hot, wet or producing a burning smell, and disconnect it from power when safe to do so.
Signs your phone battery needs replacement
A battery may be due for service when it drains much faster than usual, shuts down with charge remaining, takes unusually long to charge, or causes erratic performance.
- Check the battery-health screen if your phone provides one, and compare usage over several normal days.
- Inspect the screen and back panel for lifting. A gap or bulge can indicate swelling—stop charging and arrange service.
- Try a known-good cable and charger before assuming the battery is the cause.
Laptop won’t turn on: what to check first
Start by removing docks, USB devices and memory cards. Confirm the outlet works, then inspect the charger and port for damage without forcing the connector.
- Leave the correct charger connected for 20–30 minutes, then try the power button once.
- If the laptop has a removable battery, test with the battery removed only if the manufacturer supports it.
- Note any lights, fan movement, beeps or a faint image on the screen; these clues help separate power and display faults.
What to check before buying a used iPhone
Confirm the exact model, storage and carrier status, then check that Activation Lock is removed and the seller can erase the phone in front of you.
- Review battery health, parts and service history where available, and test Face ID or Touch ID.
- Test cameras, speakers, microphones, buttons, charging, Wi‑Fi, Bluetooth and cellular service.
- Inspect for frame damage, screen lifting and liquid-contact warnings; verify the IMEI is not reported lost or stolen.

- Repair often makes sense when one clear fault restores a device that still meets your needs.
- Replacement may be better when several major parts are failing or security updates have ended.
- Include the time and risk of moving data, replacing accessories and setting up a new device.
